Kelsey Becker Senior Paralegal

Kelsey Becker is a Senior Paralegal at Entrust Law Corporation and works closely with founder Kristen Okimaw to assist clients with estate planning, probate, and estate administration matters. She is dedicated to providing exceptional client service and helping make the legal process as organized, efficient, and stress-free as possible.

Kelsey earned her Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate from Okanagan College in 2012 before completing her Paralegal Certificate through Capilano University in 2017. She completed her practicum with Kristen and has since become an integral member of the Entrust Law team.

With extensive experience in estate planning and estate administration, Kelsey assists with the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Representation Agreements, probate applications, and estate administration documents. She works closely with executors and administrators throughout the probate process, helping them understand each step, gather the necessary information, prepare court documents, and administer their loved one’s estate with confidence. Clients appreciate Kelsey’s compassionate approach, attention to detail, and ability to explain complex processes in a clear and approachable way.

Kelsey is passionate about providing a positive client experience and understands that many clients are navigating significant life events. Whether helping a family prepare an estate plan for the future or supporting an executor after the loss of a loved one, she strives to ensure every client feels informed, supported, and cared for throughout their legal journey.

Originally from Alberta, Kelsey always dreamed of calling the Okanagan home and now couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring everything the Okanagan has to offer. Whether it’s a day at the beach, visiting local wineries, or snowshoeing at Big White, she loves embracing the Okanagan lifestyle and making memories with her family and friends.
