Kim has a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degree, both from the University of Alberta. She was called to the BC Bar in 2000 after completing her articles in Kelowna. Kim has practiced general civil litigation for the majority of her career, with the exception of 8 years that she spent as the Director of Academic Operations at the UBC Okanagan campus. Kim values team work and is very goal oriented. Her number one priority for clients is getting a good, just, and efficient result.
Kim has played competitive soccer for most of her life, but now the soccer definitely takes a back seat to the post-game socializing and injury comparisons with her teammates. Kim has also coached both of her children’s soccer teams and has volunteered on the Kelowna Minor Football board of directors. In addition, Kim served on the board of directors of Kelowna Community Resources for nearly 17 years, including three years as president.
